王大夫一條根公司營運長 王凌卿 政府扮推手 創造高經濟作物
台灣有很多中草藥尚未被開發出來，比較特別的是，金門一條根多了金門農試所的扶植，透過輔導農民進行契作，企業採購上有認證，研發上有依據，消費者購買時也看得到一條根的產地來源。除採購農民契作作物，王大夫也跟農民合作栽種。一條根需要生長滿18個月才能採收，種植過程相對其他作物耗時較長，透過農試所補助計畫，每種植0.1公頃補助6,000元，鼓勵農民契作，目前採收每公斤是1,700元，是非常高經濟的作物。金門一條根學名是Glycine tomentella Hayata（GTH），透過契作與各界論文研究結果顯示，每年5月最適合種植一條根，氣溫在23至25度適合播種，發芽率最高，採收季節落在每年10月至隔年1月，這個期間異黃酮成分最高，其中Genistein和Daidzein在肌肉骨骼及軟骨上的保護功能顯著。金門一條根每年產量有限，也希望消費者購買時選用有金門農試所認證的一條根在地品牌。王大夫一條根公司歷年積極研發產品，透過跟金門大學的博士合作，找出最佳的萃取技術，將高溫濃縮萃取液送到合作藥廠，再產出各項有效產品。
